The MFLM for LIFE Payment Terms

Our general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy are hereby incorporated by reference into this agreement. Except as modified by these Payment Terms and Conditions, each of those agreements and policies shall apply fully to your participation in The Menopause Fat Loss Method for Life Membership.

All purchases are non-refundable.

 
Tuition

1. Tuition options for the The Menopause Fat Loss Method for LIFE Group Coaching Membership are: 

  • Monthly renewable payment of $297 first payment due today with monthly billing every 30 days
  • 3-month renewable payment of $797 first payment due today with billing every 3 months
  • 6-month renewable payment of $1485 first payment due today with billing every 6 months
  • Annual renewable of $2970 first payment due today with annual billing every 1 year

If a payment fails or is declined, we will automatically process the charge again and contact you if subsequent attempts fail. If payment is not successfully processed within 3 business days, we reserve the right to temporarily remove you from the program until funds are received. If payment corrected received within 5 business days client access to all program elements will be cancelled, with no refunds.

You understand and acknowledge that you are signing up for a recurring fee that will continue and will not cancel until you explicitly request to do so.

You may request to cancel future payments by emailing [email protected], otherwise your membership will continue on a recurring basis (monthly, 3-month, 6-month, annual). You must request cancellation at minimum 10 calendar days prior to your next billing period. There are no exceptions.

Upon canceling your recurring payment, you acknowledge you will immediately lose all access to the membership materials including The Menopause Fat Loss for Life Membership "hub", the Client Facebook™ Group including all Individual and/or Group Coaching Sessions/recording within the Facebook™ Group. 

2. Tuition options for the The Menopause Fat Loss Method for LIFE VIP Private 1:1 Coaching + Group Coaching Membership are:

  • Monthly renewable payment of $397 first payment due today with monthly billing every 30 days
  • 3-month renewable payment of $1097 first payment due today with billing every 3 months
  • 6-month renewable payment of $1985 first payment due today with monthly billing every 6 months days
  • Annual renewable payment of $3970 first payment due today with annual billing every 1 year

Intellectual Property

Our Limited License to You (and you alone). 

Unless otherwise stated, Catherine Droessler and Even Better After 50 (EBA50) Services Inc. and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material inside the Program and Website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from The Program Hub for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

  • Republish material from The MFL for Life Membership Program Hub 
  • Sell, rent , teach or sub-license material from The MFL for Life Membership Program Hub 
  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from The MFL for Life Membership Program Hub 
  • Share, Teach or Redistribute content from The MFL for Life Membership Program Hub 


Release Authorization

By enrolling in the Program, you hereby grant permission to Catherine Droessler and her company EBA50 Services Inc. the right for use of your image, in video or still photograph, and of the likeness and sound of your voice as recorded on audio or video tape, and any social media posts, messages, or emails you voluntarily share inside The Menopause Fat Loss Method CLIENT ONLY Facebook group, Menopause Fat Loss for Life Facebook Group, Even Better After 50 Coaching with Catherine Facebook page, Instagram page or other platforms, without payment or any other consideration.

You understand that your image, audio or posts may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears.

Additionally, you waive any rights to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of your image, posts or recording.

Photographic, audio or video recordings, as well as Facebook group posts may be used for ANY USE which may include but is not limited to: Presentations, Programs, Courses, Audio files, Workbooks, Online / Internet videos, Media, News or Press, Promotions or online advertising. There is no limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed.

You acknowledge that you have completely read and fully understand the above release and agree to be bound thereby. By purchasing the Program, you hereby release any and all claims against any person or organization utilizing this material for educational or promotional purposes.
